Why I love it

Introducing my first fall recipe of the season!! This breakfast is so easy to make it’s insane. I always like to have apples with my oats so this recipe was inevitable? Apples are my go-to fruit to by at the store, they just last forever and they’re delicious! Be the apple of my eye and try this out!

Ingredients

•1/2 cup oats (mine were from Bobs Red Mill)

•3/4 cup plant milk (I used soy milk)

•1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax + 2 tbsps water)

•1 tbsp maple syrup (mine was from Maple Grove Farms)

•1 tsp baking powder

•Pinch of salt

•1 tbsp cinnamon

Topping:

•Flax seeds

•More apple slices

•Peanut butter fit drizzle

Replacements

You can blend the oats if you want this to be more cake-like.

Recipe

1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Mix together the flax egg ingredients and let them sit.

2. Stir together the oats with milk, maple syrup, the flax egg, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add mixture to ramekins and bake for 13-15 minutes. Mine were one inch in diameter. Top with your favorites! Enjoy!
