Half-Baked Cookie Oats
Ingredients
•1/2 cup oat flour
•1/2 cup plant milk
•2 tbsps maple syrup
•1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
•1/8 tsp salt
•1/4 tsp baking powder
•1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
•1/4 tsp vanilla extract
•Dairy-free chocolate chips to taste
Replacements
You can substitute agave for maple syrup and almond butter for peanut butter.
Recipe
1. Mix together all of the above ingredients and top with extra chocolate chips.
2. Bake on 350 F for 14-16 minutes and enjoy!
