4-Ingredient Vegan Peanut Butter Cups

Why I love it

If you’ve been on my blog enough, you’ll learn that I am obsessed with peanut butter. I mean it is the best so you should be too. I grew up on Reeses’ as they’ve always been my favorite candy. My style of these Reeses’ is simple and not as intimidating as you’d think. These were only 4 ingredients! There are so many rees-ons why you should be excited to make these peanut butter cups.

Ingredients

•6 ounces vegan chocolate

•2/3 cup creamy peanut butter

•1/4 cup maple syrup

•1 tbsp coconut oil

Replacements

You can replace the peanut butter with almond butter.

Recipe

1. Line a cupcake tray with 18 cupcake tins.

2. Melt 3 ounces of chocolate with 1/8 cup maple syrup and 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil.

3. Spoon about 1 1/2 tsps of chocolate into each cupcake tin, using your spoon to push it up the sides to make them look like peanut butter cups.

4. Freeze for 30 minutes.

5. Add in 1/2 tsp of peanut butter into the center and then freeze again for an hour.

6. Meanwhile, melt the second half of chocolate with the second half of maple syrup and second half of coconut oil.

7. After the hour is up, spoon the chocolate on top. Freeze for over an hour then enjoy!
