15-Minute Vegan Tuna Sandwich
Why I love it
This one is from my 15-minute meal series! Who doesn’t want to make a meal in 15 minutes? I also have a chickpea tuna video on my blog too! Sandwiches are just bae, especially if you add in everything bagel seasoning. P.s. if you’ve never tried mustard and mayo on your sandwich, you’re missing out! Dive in and try this tuna!
Ingredients
•Vegan “tuna”
•1/4 red onion diced
•2 tbsps vegan mayo
•1 tsp mustard
•1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
•Shichimi togarashi salt from Ocean’s Halo or regular salt
•Hearty bread
•Butter lettuce
•Tomatoes
•Parsley
Replacements
You can replace the vegan tuna with chickpeas.
Recipe
1. Mash your tuna in a bowl and add red onions, mayo, mustard, and seasonings.
2. Once you mix these in, add your butter lettuce to your bread and pile on the tuna, tomatoes, and parsley. Enjoy!
