Game Day Tofu Wings
Ingredients

•1 block extra firm tofu
•1 tbsp olive oil
•1/4 cup cornstarch
Sauce
•1/3 cup maple syrup
•1/4 cup liquid aminos or soy sauce
•1/2 tbsp lemon juice
•1 tbsp olive oil
•1 tbsp cornstarch
•1/2 tsp smoked paprika
•1/2 tsp onion powder
•1/4 tsp cayenne
Replacements
You can sub in agave instead of maple syrup, and your favorite seasonings.
Recipe
1. Press out some liquid from your tofu. Cut the tofu into small rectangles.
2. Stir in the cornstarch and olive oil with the tofu. Air fry on 375 F for 15 minutes (flip halfway) until golden.
3. Whisk together the sauce ingredients and add to a pan on the stove to boil.
4. When the tofu is done, toss in the sauce. Enjoy!
